Over the past year, my focus has been on establishing a robust technical foundation for Connected's digital presence. We successfully implemented a regional web structure, launched and optimized our Google toolset, and established baseline analytics.

With this foundation in place, we are moving from a phase of building to a phase of growth and intelligence. To meet these strategic needs, I am proposing an evolution to Digital Strategy & AI Officer.

This expanded role will consolidate our digital marketing, web administration, data analysis, and strategic intelligence efforts under a single, proactive function.

Immediate Priority

Salesforce Intelligence Sprint

Based on the "A Look Back At Proposals" analysis, I will deliver a complete, functional Salesforce intelligence system within four weeks.

Collaborate with Emma Bedford to create all 28 custom data fields.

Build 30-40 underlying Salesforce reports.

Team training and full system handover for immediate ROI.
